‘Prisoner To The Past’- The Christmas Single From Homesick Mick

Musician-come-social-activist Homesick Mick has released his alternative festive single, ‘Prisoner To The Past’.

In recent weeks, Mick has caught the attention of the media due to his campaign against Sir Philip Green. By creating a social media campaign and a petition against the knighted billionaire, Mick aimed to raise awareness of his corrupt behaviour and force him into paying back the BHS pensions to the former employees. The campaign culminated with Mick’s protest outside Oxford Street’s Topshop on 25th November (Black Friday), the same day that Homesick released his debut EP, Black Hole Friday.

Homesick Mick has also been working on a full length album due to be released January 13th 2017 which is called The Mysterious Abduction and Return of Homesick Mick.

‘Prisoner to the Past’ is being released alongside the mysterious music video starring Paul and John, the ex-Beatles.
