Big Zero- New Single

BIG ZERO’s new single will be released 16th April on split 7” vinyl, alongside weirdo-pop legends Bis, the single will also be available to download and finds the band on typical strange territory. What better to celebrate Record Store Day than with new music on the great platform for music?

With strong influences from late 70’s early 80’s punk rock these guys will take you right back to the future of new music! The single will remind die hard ‘Green Day’ fans of alleged side project ‘The Network. ’

The band’s retro edge continues beyond their sound to their recording methods, recording using an 8-track cassette in a home studio, which gives the track an even more raw feel. The video for the new single encompasses the retro theme, reminding me of ‘Grange Hill’ school days,  in a very British equivalent of the Breakfast club.

As well as the new single, BIG ZERO will be releasing a new digital EP in May ‘Mainstream Propaganda’ all about corporate brainwashing  and the modern world which BIG ZERO observes through protective goggles.
